Customers purchasing from XINGEYES can choose from the following payment methods:

1. Direct Payment at the Store:

   Specific bank account details for transfer will be sent to you via email for confirmation.

   Transfer content: Product information – Phone number – Quantity.

   After completing the transfer, please notify us so we can verify and confirm your payment.

2. Payment Upon Delivery:

   This is the easiest payment method, especially for customers who are not familiar with online payments.

   • When choosing this payment method, please include the following details when paying upon delivery: Company name, Phone number of the payer, and Product name selected.

   • After a successful transaction, please email or call XINGEYES to confirm for easier tracking.

3. Bank Transfer:

   • Bank transfer information:

   • Transfer content: Company name / Customer name + Phone number of the payer + Selected product name.

4. Payment via AFTEE:

   Step 1: Choose “AFTEE” and enter your phone number.

   Step 2: Receive the OTP via SMS and complete the authentication.

   Step 3: After verifying the information, confirm the order and wait for the delivery.

5. Payment via ShopeePay Wallet:

   After entering order details, customers select the ShopeePay wallet payment method and click to pay. The system will display a payment QR code for scanning.
